Last night, while I was reading V Magazine - The Asian Issue, I fell in Love at first sight!!
I am totally crazy for Queen Sea Big Shark, a Beijing based Chinese indie rock band.
The group consists of:
lead singer and keyboardist Fu Han (付菡),
guitarist Cao Pu (曹璞),
bassist Wang Jinghan (王静涵),
and drummer Xiao Wu (小武).
The group formed in 2005. They released their first, eponymous, debut in 2007 under the Modern Sky label. In 2009, they released a song and music video, entitled "Let's Play", exclusive to the Converse China website. Also, that year, they embarked on a short tour to the U.S.A. entitled "Sing for China" with other Beijing bands Hedgehog and Casino Demon. The tour was to promote awareness for AIDS in China. They released their latest album Wave in October, 2010.

僕が10代の頃、ピエロはすごく人気で、こんなポスターを持ってたし、文房具にもシールは貼っていたりしたよ。
When I was a teenager Pierrot was very popular. I had posters like these and stationery with these pictures on it as well.
80年代、日本人イラストレーターのフジタ・ミラは "ピエロ・ラヴ" のドローイングでとても有名だった。
In the '80s, Japanese illustrator Mira Fujita was very famous for her "Pierrot Love" drawings.
で、パリの親友、Aline がピエロのベットカバーを誕生日プレゼントにくれるって!! ピエロのポストカードを一緒に送ってくれる!!

Geometry-wear
人が衣服を纏う上ですべて幾何学形態に落とし込んでパターン化することは、人体の構造と、運動機能をある程度無視しなければ作り込むことはできません。けれども、あえてそこを追求することでこれから自分がデザインし、発想していく上で糧になると思いましたのでこのテーマにしました。

初めて会ったときには気付かないと思うけど、デザイナーの Renaud はクレイジー。シャイで賢そうな態度で内面のワイルドさとクレイジーな創造性を隠してる。作品はユニークでクール、エキセントリックで飛びぬけてる。シンプルな幾何学的なパターンと、面白いモチーフ戦わせてる。インスピレーションは日々の生活の中で見つけ出した平凡な素材、タペストリーとか、子供用のおもちゃのマットとか、をぶつけ合うことからうけている。
Midnight Rendez-Vous は "奇抜でスタイリッシュな" 夜のためにクリエイトされた洋服。
Renaud is crazy although at first you may not perceive it (im Faustchen verrückt). He is undercover a wild and crazy creator despite his shy and sagacious appearance. He creates uniquely cool, eccentric, and extravagant pieces. Deconstructed imposing masses fight one another on post nu rave motifs or on simple geometric patterns. His inspiration arises from the clash between the materials that he seeks, like flannel or toile de Jouy, and the mundane objects that he overturns in the course of daily life, like a tapestry or a baby's play mat: dress coming straight from outer space, sweatshirt with incredible canvas or a 00's clown costume, Midnight Rendez-Vous creates clothing for "quirky stylish" nights.

Yann Le Goec（ヤン・ル・ゴエック）1976年、パリ生まれ。国立美術学校卒業後、ファッション・デザイナーとしてキャリアを積む。ジバンシィでの日本向けライセンス業務をきっかけに日本への移住を決意。エスモード大阪講師などを経て、2002年、H.P.FRANCEへ。「Wut berlin」のバイヤーとして、ベルリンの若手デザイナーを探し出し、日本に紹介するのが現在の仕事。
