10月29日（金）から始まった青参道アートフェアも今日で2日目。

soup of he(r)artでは、Miriam Ocariz（ミリアム・オカリス）個展を開催しています。

 

 

 

ショーウィンドウでは、

＜マゼンダピンクの女の子と女の子の結婚式＞が進行中です。

もちろんMiriam Ocarizによるインスタレーション。

女性の中には、女性と男性の両性が存在している、という考えから。

 

 

 

 

 

店内では天井に過去のコレクション生地が踊っています。

（いったんもめん、みたい？？でキュート）

 

 

 

 

 

アンダーウェアーも飛んでいます。どっきり！

 

 

 

 

 

壁面には、原画がぎっしりと。

ハートのモチーフやお花、植物、来シーズンのコレクションの原画まで、

ファンならずとも、圧倒されます。

 

※一部を除き、原画はすべて販売しております（55,000円～）

※天井を踊り飛んでいるコレクション生地たちは残念ながら非売品です。

この花びらドレス、すでに花嫁さんたちから、

たくさんのラブコールをいただいていますが、

どの色を選んでいただいても、

アルゼンチンワインのイベントでの様子。

赤ワインだから、パープルの花びらドレス。

白ワインだから、グリーンの花びらドレス。

グリーンの花びらドレスを着て、アルゼンチンの白ワインを飲んで、

酔っ払いたい。。。なんて。。。

 

 

美しい花嫁たちを見守る参列者の方々↑は、

アルゼンチンから届いたばかりのCecilia Gadea（セシリア・ガデア）です。

Ceciliaはレースモチーフが特徴で、

その美しさと独自性から、アルゼンチンでも大きな賞を受賞するほど。

 

 

今日は、tortoagoの期間限定だった壁画とともにお別れです！

チーム・アルゼンチンのニューフェイス、

アルゼンチンのIvan（イバン）くんとともに。

英語と日本語もパーフェクト！知性あふれる☆スマイルの持ち主です。

tortoagoの巨大！ポスターと記念撮影してくれました。

物思いにふけった女性の肩に手を置き、まさかのスーパースマイル！

「なやまないでくださーい！」

すっかり観光地の写真撮影看板風です。

The Argentine Ilustrator, Fernanda Cohen, that create stamps for The Gap company, also made a very nice window at Tramando shop in Bs As. The name of the window was Moleculas and was a work that Martin and Fernanda made together. The window was so nice that a lot of people were there and they get very nice press.

 

A very nice shop open in Palermo, very close from Juana de Arco. Today I went to see Juana and I found Cou Cou. It is a little shop with little crafty things that any girl would love to have. This select shop is"a variant of author's design", more manual or handmade, and recovering techniques like embroidery and knitting: handmade things made with a lot of love."
Of course I got crazy when I got there and I bough a very nice carpet for the kitchen and a nice vinyl that made a children's book illustrator for Sofia's playroom.
It is very funny because the owner loves japan! and has some very nice things from Japan!...One more reason to love Cou Cou.

The saga of the Sabater family business stretches back to the 1930s, when the Buenos Aires-based granddad of the clan started making soap in many different tints, flavors and shapes.

A few years ago, Eliana, Martin, and Sebastian Sabater took their family's 70-year-old soap business and gave it a serious makeover. They left the old-style manufacturing methods intact, but everything else--from the scents (which now include green tea, cedar, and violet) to the formulations (like inventive wafer-thin soap leaves)--got a thoroughly modern update. Even the store itself has a youthful edge: Retro lab flasks and beakers serve as decor, and old family photos are artfully collaged on the walls.

Since 2006 they have a shop in Barcelona and a beautiful shop in Palermo, Buenos Aires, run by two of the Sabater brothers (Martin and Sebastian).

There are over 40 types of soap on offer: chocolate, old lavender, green tea, tea rose, pomelo, jasmine, coconut oil, olive oil... The list is long, colorful and extremely well-scented.

Lola Goldsteinというクリエイターは、瞬間や記憶をどうすればキャッチできるか知っている人だと思います。それらを自分の内側に取り入れた後、彼女は忍耐と愛をもって陶磁器を作り始めます。まず、じっくり時間をかけてディテールのすべてを見ながら型を作り、それから、丸一日かけてぴったりした形を見つけ出すのです。

 

また、切り抜いたコットンとドローイングをした薄紙による作品も作っています。彼女の両手から、優しくてやわらかく、繊細なクリエイションが生み出されます。童話にヒントを得て作られた白い動物たちは、ゆったりした散歩のようなはかなさを感じさせます。 

彼女の作るものは東京、NY、そしてラテンアメリカのいくつもの国々を旅してきました。

 

磁器のシリーズは彼女の家や庭、そして、彼女の大好きな時間である早朝の朝食などからインスピレーションを得て作られています。

 

Lolaは1978年ブエノスアイレスで生まれ、ブエノスアイレス郊外のBurzacoに住んでいます。

Lola Goldstein knows how to catch moments and memories. After she has them inside, she starts to work making ceramics, with patience and love, she starts to mold them with time looking at every detail, and she can spend a day finding the correct shape.

Also as  part of her work she gives shape to the cotton, draw and paint on very finite papers. From her hands emerge gentle, soft and delicate creatures. White animals that refer to children stories, giving a feeling of fragility, like a slow walking.

Her creatures have traveled to Tokyo, New York and several countries in Latin America.

The pottery line is inspired, somehow, in her home, a garden, and early morning breakfast, one of Lola's favorite hours of the day.

She was born in Buenos Aires in 1978, and lives in Burzaco, in the countryside of Buenos Aires.

She works on paper and ceramics, and is especially interested in the friendly collaboration of color, tools, and surfaces.

I loved a press article about Veronica Santesteban that I found yesterday ("Para Ti" magazine), I felt in it when I read it "How people live" concept. You can see her place, her house, full of colours and very special objects from all around the world that were founded in the most remote places.

 

When you see her place you can discover part of her and part of her design. Her bags and each special Santesteban object is created as an artistic manifesto, a statement of principles and values. Made one by one, with small jewels she would discover in the trunks and cases of antiquaries and fairs, embroidered with old crystals, stones, silks and Brocato fabric.

 

Horns are her leit motif and, like a visual artwork that evolves, Veronica has been looking for their shape, their essence. First she would use horns as a handbag handle. Later on, she started to seek variation, including cutting them in slices and applying them as precious stones, mounting them in the development of various concepts. And her goal is always to obtain the most perfect finish. All her new small line has a horn as an identification of the brand.

It is amazing how many faces Juana de Arco has and how quickly she is changing and being always Juana. Always surprising....Mariana said that Juana is so FRESH because she gets inspiration from the nature.

Yesterday I went to the store because they move the Art Gallery to the shop, the same as it used to be in the first days of Juana. By coincidence Mariana was there taking care of the shop and asking about sales and the reaction of people at the new collection.

 

I love the new gallery and I like very much the Julian Teran's exhibition.

I got one new special edition of multicolor, LOVE, I took a photo at home!

毎週水曜日、レコレタ地区でとても素敵なプログラムに参加することができます。あなたの家に何か特別なものを探していたり、あるいはただ単に何かチェックしたいという理由でもいいのですが、Breuer Morenoという店を覗いてみるのはお薦めです。

 

Breuer Morenoでは典型的なオークションをやっています。古い家具やあらゆる種類のホームウェアが見つかります。お店は月曜から水曜まで開いていて、そこで興味のあるものがあればどんなアドバイスでももらうことができます。そして、水曜日の夜7時、オークションが始まります。オークションがどんな風に行われるのか、そしてその週の間に選んだ商品を手に入れたときに皆がどれほどエキサイトするかを見ていると、とても面白いです。毎週、新しいものがBreuer Morenoに入荷するので、新しいものがないかチェックしに、ほぼいつも同じ顔ぶれがうろうろしているのです。

Every Wednesday you can have a very nice program at Recoleta neighborhood. If you need something special for your house or if you just want to take a look, it is a good reason to take a look there.

At Breuer Moreno you can see a typical auction. You can find old furniture and every kind of home wear. From Monday till Wednesday you can go there and look and get advice about all the things you are interested in and at 7pm on Wednesday the auction starts. It is very interesting to see how the auction flows and how people get excited when they get the merchandise they choose and find during the week. Each week new objects arrive to Breuer Moreno so it is very common to see same people walking around to see new items each week

デザイナーのマリアナ・コルテスさんも来日中です！
本日18:00よりJuana de Arcoのギャラリー上陸を記念してパーティが
青参道にあるJuana de Arco本店にて行われます。

作品の中にはマリアナさん自身の作品や、コレクション・プリントの原画、
コレクションの中で登場したプリントを手がけてアーティストのDANI VEGAさんの作品も。

青参道のアートフェアは今年で２回目、素敵な作品が青参道の町並みにとけ込んであちこちに出没！

ホワイトキューブでなく、町に、暮らしにとけ込む青空アートギャラリーに変身、
少し冷え込んで凛とした冬の空気を吸い込みながら、青空のもとのらりくらり散策を楽しみながら
Juana de Arcoのギャラリーをのぞきにきてください。

アルゼンチン・アーティスト、Fabian BurgosのSpeedという作品はブエノスアイレス市の文化及びパブリックスペース省がオーガナイズしている都市インターベンション・プロジェクトの一環です。

アルゼンチン政府の中心街にあるビルのグレーとモノトーンの正面に掲げられたイメージはBurgosの写真の新バージョンで、線と分解された色、幾何学的な形を88m×34mの布に転写しています。

 

Burgosの作品は色のバイブレーションを探しています。

このプロジェクトが面白いところは、インテリアを包み込むという作品のコンセプトです。この布は、通りのムーブメントを拡大しようとする固定されたイメージです。偶然この場を行過ぎる人たちが、しばしの間足を止めてこのイメージに魅入り、驚かされ、そして考えさせられることを目指しているのです。この作品は衝撃的で、作品に行き当たった人たちの驚きの表情がそれを物語っています。立ち止まってコメントを言う人もいれば、写真を撮ってゆく観光客もたくさんいます。

 

都市インターベンションが目指すのはアートによるパブリックスペースの侵略と再構築です。これらのムーブメントは他の国の都市ではとても頻繁に行われていますが、ここブエノスアイレスではまだ非常に新しい現象なのです。アートの美よ、ブエノスアイレスのストリートへようこそ！

 

The work called Speed, of the Argentine artist Fabián Burgos, is part of the project of urban intervention organized by the ministries of Culture and Public Space of the City of Buenos Aires.

The image opened (deployed) on the gray and monotonous front of the building, seat of the local Government, is a new version of a picture of Burgos, reproduced on linen of 88 meters of width and 34 of high, shaped by lines, degrades of colour and geometric stuck-up forms. 

 

 

The work of Burgos looks for the vibration of the colours.

The interesting part of the project is that goes out of the concept of work of art enclosed in an interior. The linen is a fixed image that seeks to expand the movement of the avenue. It aspires that the miles of people that happen to pass stop for a moment to look at an image that surprises them and makes them think. The work is impacting, and the faces of amazement of those who were happening to pass there were demonstrating it. Some of them were stopping and commenting, and many tourists were taking photos.

 

 

Urban interventions aspire art invades and re-means the public space; these movements are very frequent in other cities of the world but in Argentina, Buenos Aires it is very new fenomen.

今年のキュレイターに選ばれたのは、Maminasのデザイナー、Marina BANDINでした。参考のための人形として、彼女は5人のアルゼンチンのアーティストを招き、彼らに子供時代の一番好きだった人形を思い出しながら人形をデザインしてもらいました。皆さんも覚えがあるでしょう、どんなに古ぼけてしまっても手放せなかったお気に入りの人形です。

 

昨日展示されていたそれぞれのオブジェは、アーティストの手の中で長い時をかけて育まれてきたものでした。人形を作りながら、作り手たちはオブジェに生命を吹き込むために、あらゆる思考や経験、記憶や感覚を注ぎ込んでいったのです。でも、この人形たちの実際の命は、子供に手に取られ、その子のバッグに入れてもらったり、ベッドに連れて行かれたときに初めてスタートし、そこで初めて豊かなストーリーが始まるのです。

 

この写真を見ると、アーティストたちの美しい作品とともに、子供たち一人一人が人形に絵を描き、ずっと夢見ていたように人形作りをしているのが見えます！

 

私は、姪のJuanaを連れて会場へ行きました。彼女はMaria Linda Cancheraの人形に命を吹き込み、そのこをDivineと名づけました！　とてもキュートです！

 

 

Yesterday, Malba (Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires) organized a children activity, for the winter holidays. Malba always organizes this activity and invites an artist as a curator of it.

This year, the artist Marina BANDIN, from Maminas, was the curator. Using as reference dolls, she invited 5 argentine artists to designed dolls thinking in their favorite dolls from of their childhood; that special doll that, because of a magic reason, became our favorite, which we keep it and we love it without having noted that was so old!

 

Each object that was shown yesterday took long hours to be developed in the hands of an artist; in a way during that time the craftsman put all the thoughts, experience, memories and sensations, to give life to this objects. But the real lives of the doll starts when the child takes it and put it in his bag or in his bed, there starts the richest story.

In the photos you can see the beautiful works of the artists and each child was able to work and draw in  a doll and make it as dreamed!!!!

I went there with my niece Juana. She gave birth to the doll Maria Linda Canchera (fashion as a surname) and she calls her Divine!!!!! So cute!!!!

 

『What surrounds us reflects us. Collections of Contemporary Art』という本の出版記念イベントが行われました。このプロジェクトの発端は、Taka（訳注：HPF代表 村松孝尚）とYumicoと私がいつものように、カルチャーや人やアートや本やブエノスアイレスに関する私たちの情熱について、熱いフリートークを交わしていたことに始まります。

私たちの企業のコンセプトとミッションは、いつも、どこの国にあっても、How people liveというテーマについて求め、考え、語ることに関心を持ち、情熱を捧げることでした。そういう意味で、デザイナーやアーティストたちは、私たちにとって彼らの美しい暮らしやそれぞれのスタイルを紹介するための、格好のコミュニケーターでした。

 

アルゼンチンのコンテンポラリーアートを、コレクターと、彼らの家とそこに息づくアートを通じて紹介する本を作る、ということもまた私たちにとって欠かせないミッションでした。

 

編集者であるEloise Alemanyと素晴らしい出会いにより、この夢は実現への道をたどり始めました。Eloiseはこの本のクリエイティヴ・ディレクションと編集を助けてくれました。また、本の制作の中心となってくれた、素晴らしいアーティスト・チームのおかげで、この本は真にコンテンポラリーで、アルゼンチン的で、アーティスティックなものとなりました。アルゼンチンの出版社であるEdition LarivièreとDudu‥‥、偶然の一致により彼女の日本旅行中に出会うことができたのも、この本の実現を後押ししてくれました。

 

約1年におよぶ作業の末、とうとう、「arteBA 08」にてこの本の立ち上がりを迎えることができました。コレクターの皆さん、業界関係者、Juana de ArcoのMariana Cortes、MaminasのMarina、Lola Goldstein、そして友人や家族たちがこの素晴らしい本の誕生を祝いに駆けつけてくれました。

 

そして、Yumicoのブエノスアイレス出張とタイミングが一致したことで、一緒にお祝いをし、アルゼンチンと日本の結びつきをとてもはっきりと感じることができたのは、非常に幸運でした。

This was a project that happened to take shape from a free conversation among Taka, Yumico and me, in the course of our daily conversations about our passion for culture, people. Art and book and Buenos Aires.

 

How people live.

 

Our company's concept and our mission is always to be interested and passionate to find, see and tell about HOW PEOPLE LIVE, all over the world. In this way designers and artist are our communicators to introduce the beautiful life and the style each has.

 

Making a book introducing Argentine's contemporary art through collectors and their houses with art in there life, was also a necessary mission for us.

 

With a great encounter, between Eloise Alemany and me, this dream started to have life. She gives the creative direction and edition of the book. We also worked with a great team of artists, who have been central to creating a book that is truly contemporary, truly Argentine and truly artistic. Edition Larivière, Dudu..... who we met by coincidence during her visit to Japan was the publisher in Argentina making it possible.

 

Finally after a year working, we arrived to the launching of the book, it took place during arteBA 08. All the collectors, people from the industry, Mariana Cortes from Juana, Marina from Maminas, Lola Goldstein and friends and family came to congratulate and celebrate the naissance of this very nice book.

 

We were very lucky that Yumico was here to celebrate and to connect in a very clear way Argentina and Japan.

このプロジェクトの中で、マリアナはアメリカ大陸の各国の衣装を作りました。Juana de ArcoとNatureという両社の素晴らしいチームワークにおめでとう！の言葉を贈ります。

 

Mariana invite us to an event in Natura House (the Brazilian cosmetics brand). We did not know what would happen, as all things emerging from Juana de Arco. Mariana just said "come!"

 

And... we were invite to a beautiful and deep trip around different countries of Latin America, a trip that takes 4 years and from these expeditions of the heart they brought infinite things; voices, gestures, stories, colors, flavors and aromas, even unknown to us.  Finally this trip and experience end up with the search for the essence region, into a perfume.

 

And the event was that trip, with art, dance, music and video...

we were discovering all the secrets of our continent.

 

Mariana made clothes for the passage or each country of Our continent. Congratulations to the entire teamwork of Juana de Arco and Nature because of the deep values of both companies.

以前よりボサノバのmarisa monteのツアーの協賛であったり様々なアーティストやミュージシャンのバックアップを精力的に行っている興味深いコスメの会社であると、このブラジルのNATURAという企業には興味津々でしたが、今日招待を受けた、４年越しで完成、立ち上げたこのパルファンのプロジェクト＜AMOR AMERICA>の完成度と意識の高さに感動してしまいました。

 

ブラジルという国という枠を飛び越え、ルーツ探しの旅はラテンアメリカへと移り、４年の歳月をかけて写真家やチームが旅をしながら自身のルーツ探しを行い、その旅で見つけたアイデンティティをその地で嗅いだ香りに託した非常に興味深いものでした。そしてこのプロジェクトに託す思いを表現する為に、同じような心を持つ様々なアルゼンチンのクリエーターに声をかけ、画家、映像作家、ダンサー、デザイナー、振り付け師と５感に問いかけるすばらしい新作発表会を展開、Juana de Arcoは過去１０年のコレクション総体勢のような素晴らしい衣装を提供。とある企業が立ち上げる新商品のメッセージやコンセプトがこんなにも感動的に伝わってくる新作発表会は見た事がないと、鳥肌と感激の涙続出のイベントでした。

 

そして今日はJuana de Arcoの10歳のお誕生日。Juana de Arcoでのすべての出会い、毎日の出来事はいつだって＜更なる始まり＞を感じさせてくれる、そう、ゴールの感覚はまだないの。そんな気持ちを更に深めてくれた素敵なコラボレーションであった。と、デザイナーのマリアナも語ってくれました。おおお、なんだかすごーいミラクルな未来が必ずや訪れるぞ、そんな確信と予感、興奮の夜でした。

 

Juana de Arcoお誕生日おめでとう！

 

"Cartoneros（直訳すれば「ダンボール回収人」意味）"という言葉は2001年のアルゼンチン経済危機の真っ只中、社会的に取り残された人たちがリサイクル用にダンボールを集め始めたときに誕生しました。そして、あるアーティストのグループによって、このムーブメントは一段上のレベルへと引き上げられ、参加者の層が広がり、その価値を上げるための素晴らしい代案が作られました。それが、"Eloisa Cartonera"です。ここは、アーティストや作家やCartonerosが文化的表現方法についてのアイデアを交換したり、最も実用的なリサイクルダンボールの本を作るための場です。

 

Eloisa Cartoneraの参加者たちは、ストリートのCartonerosからダンボールを買い集め、アルゼンチン、チリ、メキシコ、コスタリカ、ウルグアイ、ブラジル、ペルーの新旧ラテンアメリカ作家たちの素材を使ってアバンギャルドな本を出版する出版会社を作りました。

 

Eloisa Cartoneraは、ボカ地区のカラフルな町並みの中にあります。ストリートではタンゴが見られ、旅行客に人気の地区です。

 

プロジェクトに参加しているアーティストの中には、Javier Barilaroのような有名人もいます。彼はプラスティック・アーティストでもあり、作家でもあり、経営者でもあり、詩人でもあります。同時に、Belleza y Felicidad gallery（英語ではBeauty and Happiness galleryという意味）のオーナーでもあり、編集者でもあり、素晴らしいアイデアを実現させ 、ファーストクラスのダンボールをコレクションしています。このプロジェクトの参加者には、アーティストやCartonerosやプロジェクトのキュレイターなどがおり、全員がビデオに登録されています。

 

一方、作家たちは彼らの作品を出版用に提供するだけでなく、必要とされるあらゆる援助も行います。ウェブサイト（www.eloisacartonera.com.ar）によると、Eloisa Cartoneraは参加者たちの出身によって判断することなく、独自の美を創作しようとしている、ということです。プリンストン大学にはフィクションから詩作、漫画にいたるまですでに100冊もの蔵書があるそうです。

 

Eloisa Caroneraのプロジェクトは、Dulcinéia Catadoraという名前で、ペルー、ボリビア、ブラジルにも広がっています。

 

 

"Cartoneros" were born in the middle of the Argentinean crisis by 2001, when marginalized people started collecting cardboard to sell it to deposits for recycling. A group of artists took this movement to another level and created a great alternative to add value and to expand the horizons of these people. That alternative is Eloisa Cartonera, a place where artists, writers and cartoneros cross their ideas to create different forms of cultural expressions, being the most practical, recycled cardboard books.

 

For this they've created a 'publishing firm' which buys cardboard from cartoneros in the streets and publishes avant garde material from new and classic Latin American writers from Argentina, Chile, México, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Brazil and Peru. The cardboard in the books is painted by young cartoneros.

 

Located in La Boca neighborhood, a very tourist neighborhood place, where you can find tango in the street and colorful houses.

 

Artists involved in the project include Javier Barilaro, a plastic artist who 'orders' the beauty of ideas; plastic artist and writer Fernanda Laguna, who manages, gets, asks and gives; inspirer, poet and used to run the very famous Belleza y Felicidad gallery (Beauty and Happiness gallery), editor and street seller Wáshington Cucurto, who has and realizes great ideas; great urban collectors who select first class cardboard. People how work in the project also includes artists cartoneros and the curator of the project. Everything is registered in Video.

 

The authors, on the other side, give their writings to be published and also a hand for everything that's needed. "Eloísa Cartonera" seeks to invent an own aesthetic non judgmental with its participants' origins, and trying to generate a mutual learning stimulating creativity", they say at their website. (www.eloisacartonera.com.ar) Princeton University already owns around 100 titles, ranging from fiction to poetry to comics.

 

Eloise Cartonera has established similar projects in Peru, Bolivia, and Brazil, where it is called Dulcinéia Catadora.

Very long time ago I met for the first time a maminas doll in a design exhibition, I was not founding any interesting thing until I saw such a beautiful doll. I got so in love with the maminas that I wrote the contact email in the tag to congratulate!!! I found in that object a unique spirit.

 

Some time later when we had to open Ante Buenos Aires store

talking with Yumico about the merchandise for the shop  those dolls came to my mind.

I send an email to the producer of those beautiful dolls and finally I had the opportunity to meet Marina in her studio, a space full of very nice textile and a sewing machine. Many different dolls were everywhere. Later she moved her studio to her house where I met her cat and her son Juanchi (VERY SO CUTE!)!

 

Marina is an incredible plastic artist and her work is mainly focuses in the textile art, she is also a photographer and a　poetry. I love the way she writes, beautiful, clean, simple and deep. Her obsession are animals, she works drawing them, painting, knitting and writing about them.

 

Reaching Marinas place is having "mate" (Argentinean popular drink"!), talk and see Beautiful worlds. In any object made by Marina you can see that she enjoys what she is doing. Each object has a lot of love, they are for everyone!, adults or kids get in love with the  maminas collection.

The other day I went to her house and she made an adorable present for me, a lovely bag of course with animals!

 

Marina is developing a limited edition of objects collectionable for HP France.

 

 

もうずいぶん前のことです。あるデザインの展示会に行ったのですが、何も面白いものを見つけられないでいました。その時、maminasの人形に初めて出会ったのです。あんなに可愛らしい人形は見たことがありませんでした。私はmaminasと恋に落ち、タグのアドレスに「おめでとう！」というメールを出しました。そのオブジェクトの中に唯一無二のスピリットを見てしまったのです。

 

 

それからしばらく経ち、ユミコと一緒にブエノスアイレス商材のショップオープンを考えていたとき、この人形のことが頭に浮かびました。この可愛い人形たちのプロデューサーにメールを送り、とうとう私はその人、マリーナと彼女のスタジオで会う機会を得ました。素敵なテキスタイルとミシンに囲まれたスタジオには、色んな人形がいたるところに飾られていました。後に、マリーナは引越しをして、自宅にスタジオを構えたのですが、そこで私は彼女の猫と息子のJuanchiに会うことになります（すごくキュートな子！）。

 

 

マリーナは信じられないくらい創造的なアーティストです。主な作品はテキスタイル・アートですが、写真も撮るし、詩人でもあります。私は彼女の書く文章も好きです。美しくて、クリーンで、シンプルで、そして深い。彼女は動物が大好きで、作品の中で動物を描いたり、編んだり、また動物について書いたりしています。 

 

マリーナのところに行くということは、つまりマテ茶（アルゼンチンで人気のドリンク！）を飲みながら、おしゃべりをし、美しい世界を眺めるということです。マリーナの作ったオブジェを見れば、彼女が自分の仕事を楽しんでいることが分かるでしょう。どのオブジェも愛にあふれています。大人も子供も、みんなmaminasのコレクションを好きになってしまいます。いつだったか、私が訪ねていったときに、素敵なプレゼントを用意していてくれました。それは、可愛いバッグでした。もちろん、動物のモチーフの！

 

今、マリーナはH.P.FRANCEのためだけの限定コレクションを作ってくれています。

ちなみにWALL アートギャラリーの『ちび絵プロジェクト』は私の密かにあたためていた企画。私が思うアートとの距離感や、アートのある暮らし、アートを贈ること、などなど、誰にでももっと素朴に、身近に、感覚的にアートを感じてもらえるきっかけ作りができる場を、作家さんにもお客さまにもつくりたいという願いのプロジェクトです。今後いろいろと出会いを肥やしに発展してゆくと嬉しいです。

 

我が家ではお祝い事に作品を見つけて贈ることがあります。マミーナスは姪っ子の七五三のお祝いや友人の出産祝いに。先日は末っ子の卒業制作展を家族で見に行った帰り、WALLにぞろぞろ参上、新婚の長男のお引っ越し祝いに、現在展開中のドミニク・ドゥヴィアンの絵を選んで贈りました。それぞれにこれがこういう訳でいい、いや私はこういう訳でこれがいいと思うなど、あーだこうだいいながら一同賛成の作品が決まるまでの会話もまた楽しいひとときでした。プレゼントは、もらった方もあげる方もなんだか幸せでほくほくしちゃうけど、とりわけアートの贈り物は不思議な魅力があるのです。
