The owner is Juan Marin, and you can feel his philosophy just being there simple, austere, democratic and good.
It is in the neighborhood of Coghlan, very near Palermo but still retains a "barrio" life. From La Prometida you can feel the neighborhood spirit, you can feel the quiet movement of the area, a big squared and lots of old and big trees and our so special blue sky. Today I was there, and many young couples, mothers with babies are the inhabitants of this young neighborhood.
Most of the people that you can see in Prometida are friends of the place, neighbours, or people that follow Juan Marin projects! Viviana Uchitel lives just in the corner, you can meet her there at any time of the day and Martin Churba loves this place as one of his favorites!

シンプルで、飾り気なく、庶民的、かつ美味しい、というオーナーJuan Marinのフィロソフィーを、ここに来ればきっと感じられるはずです。
「La Prometida」があるのは、コグランというエリアです。ここはパレルモにとても近いのに、まだ「村」っぽさも残している地域。この店に来れば、このエリアの雰囲気を感じられるでしょう。ゆったりした空気、広々した公園、古い大きな木々、そして、とびきり青い空。今日、私はこの店に行きましたが、大勢の若いカップルに混ざって、近所に住むお母さんと赤ちゃんたちも来ていました。
この店に来ている人たちはほとんどが、この場所の「お馴染みさん」です。近所の人たち、そして、オーナーJuan Marinのプロジェクト関係者など。デザイナーのViviana Uchitelもここと同じブロックに住んでいて、この店に来ればいつでも彼女に会えるでしょう。また、TramandoのデザイナーMartin Curbaもこの店の大ファンです！
